Consumer information
Who we are, how to reach us, how to complain, and where to go if we do not satisfy you.
The information on this page is what Article 5 of Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce requires us to make easily, directly and permanently accessible, together with information on handling complaints and disputes.

What we sell and at what price
We sell only digital services, used within the Platform: tiered subscriptions (Aur and Diamant), monthly or annual, and promotions that increase the visibility of a listing or profile. We sell no physical goods, so there is no courier delivery and no delivery cost.
Prices are shown on the plans page and on the order screen, in Romanian lei, as final prices. SMALLJOBS S.R.L. is registered for VAT, and the prices shown include VAT at the standard Romanian rate (currently 21%). The order screen shows the taxable base and the VAT amount separately. No cost is added at checkout and we charge no surcharge for the chosen payment method.
Subscriptions do NOT renew automatically. Payment is made once, for the period chosen.
How to complain
Send your complaint to contact@smalljobs.ro. Include the account e-mail address, a description of the problem and, if the complaint concerns a payment, the order identifier.
We acknowledge receipt within no more than 3 working days and give you a reasoned reply within no more than 15 calendar days. If we need longer, we tell you within that period why and when we expect to reply. Submitting and having a complaint reviewed is free of charge.
Alternative dispute resolution (SAL)
If we rejected your complaint or you are not satisfied with the reply, you may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution entity within the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection — Direcția de soluționare alternativă a litigiilor — through the SAL electronic platform at https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The procedure is governed by Government Ordinance no. 38/2015. We undertake to participate in good faith in procedures conducted by that entity.
We say this explicitly because many sites still point there: the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. It can no longer be used and there is no point looking for it.
