SmallJobs (operated by SMALLJOBS S.R.L.) provides exclusively digital services: subscriptions (GOLD, DIAMOND) and promotions that unlock features on the smalljobs.ro platform. Below we describe how they are delivered and how they can be cancelled.

1. Service delivery

The services are 100% digital. There are no physical goods and no courier or postal delivery takes place.

The service (subscription or promotion) is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed by the Netopia mobilPay processor — usually within seconds, and no later than a few minutes.

After activation you receive a confirmation email at your account address, and the benefits of the new tier become visible instantly in your account.

If the payment was confirmed but the service was not activated within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@smalljobs.ro, quoting your order identifier.

2. Order and subscription cancellation

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Payment is made once for the chosen period (monthly or yearly), and you receive an email reminder before expiry.

You can cancel anytime from your account, under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: benefits stay active until the expiry date, after which the account reverts to the free tier.

Your data (works, listings, profile) is not deleted on cancellation or expiry — it is only limited to the free tier and becomes fully visible again upon renewal.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days) and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal for distance contracts, under Romanian GEO no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Because the service is digital and activates immediately, at payment you give your express consent for performance to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the subscription is activated (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This consent is an explicit step, ticked by you, on the payment page.

Payments for already-activated services are non-refundable, with a single exception: if the platform permanently ceases operations, active subscribers receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.
