Graphic Design in Târgu Mureș

About this service

The most common problems come from unclear briefs and incomplete files. A logo delivered only as a JPG can't be printed on an illuminated sign and can't be resized without losing quality; a flyer sent to print without bleed gets trimmed crooked. The designer asks from the start where the material will be used, at what sizes, and on what medium, then proposes options and refines them from feedback, within a number of revisions set out in the contract. At the end you should receive the editable sources, print and web versions, and the rules for using the identity. On SmallJobs you can request offers for a logo, promotional material, or print-ready artwork.

What to check before hiring a graphic design

Agree in the quote how many revisions are included and what extras cost
Write a short brief, with examples you like and ones you don't
Check that print artwork has bleed and the correct colour profile
Ask for black-and-white and dark-background versions of the logo
Clarify in writing who owns the usage rights
Don't confuse design with trademark registration — they're different procedures

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work only on changes to existing material?

Yes, adaptations and changes are usually charged hourly. Send the source files — if you only have final images, part of the work has to be recreated from scratch.

How do I choose the right designer?

On portfolio, not price: look at whether they've worked on material similar to yours, and ask for an example of a delivered file set so you can see exactly what you'll receive.

Can you work remotely with a client in Târgu Mureș?

Yes, almost all design projects run online, through a brief, options, and written feedback. A visit is only useful when products are being photographed or an illuminated sign is being measured in Târgu Mureș.

How much does a logo cost in Târgu Mureș?

A logo with a few variants and the source files generally costs 550-3,500 RON in Târgu Mureș, depending on the designer's experience, the number of concepts proposed, and how many adaptations are included.

What files should I receive at the end?

The editable sources, the vector version (AI, EPS, or SVG), PNG variants with transparent backgrounds, black-and-white and dark-background versions, plus minimal usage rules. Without a vector file, the logo can't be used at large sizes.

How many revisions are included?

Usually 2-3 rounds. Agree this in the quote, along with the rate for extra revisions — it's the most common source of misunderstandings in a design project.
