Video / Filming in Târgu Jiu

About this service

The difference between video that looks good and video that doesn't is overwhelmingly made before filming starts: how much time is allowed, how many cameras there are, how the sound is captured, and whether the location allows decent light. A professional videographer establishes in the initial conversation what will be filmed, in what order, and what will be delivered — duration, format, short social media versions, subtitles. Editing is usually the longest part: a one-day event can mean several days of work. On SmallJobs you can request offers for event filming, presentation material, drone footage, or editing alone if you already have the raw material.

Video / Filming in Gorj

Gorj County, in northern Oltenia, has its capital at Târgu Jiu — the city where Constantin Brâncuși left his monumental outdoor artwork. The county's economy has long been dominated by coal mining and thermal energy in the Motru-Rovinari area, but is undergoing a transition toward diversification. The Brâncuși cultural heritage, mountain tourism, and local services represent the growth directions for an economy in the process of reinvention.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send raw footage for editing only?

Yes, editing can be contracted separately. The price is usually calculated per delivered minute or per hour of work, depending on how much material has to be reviewed and how complex the edit is.

How do I book a date?

Through a contract and a deposit, usually 20-30%. In event season the good dates go months ahead, so booking early matters more than negotiating the price.

What happens if the operator can't attend?

A professional includes a contract clause covering replacement by an operator of equivalent standard and the terms for refunding the deposit. Ask for that clause explicitly before signing.

Who owns the rights to the material?

It's set out in the contract. Typically the client receives usage rights for the agreed purpose, and the operator keeps the right to use excerpts in their portfolio. If you don't want that, ask for it to be excluded in writing.

Can a full-day event be filmed in Târgu Jiu?

Yes, it's the most common booking in Târgu Jiu. For long events, a second camera or a second operator visibly changes the result, because it allows different angles without interruptions.

How much does wedding filming cost in Târgu Jiu?

A full package covering the whole event plus editing generally falls between 2,500 and 8,000 RON in Târgu Jiu, depending on the number of operators, the hours covered, and what is delivered at the end.
