A good developer starts by establishing what the visitor should do — call, send an enquiry, place an order — and builds the site around that action. They also make clear from the outset who owns the domain and hosting, who handles updates, and how the project is handed over. On SmallJobs you can request offers for new sites, rebuilds, online shops, or monthly maintenance alone.
