Post a Job for Free See professionals in MangaliaThe most expensive incidents in a small business aren't hardware failures but data loss and losing access to email or the invoicing application. Tech support addresses exactly that: it configures automatic backups with periodic restore testing, keeps track of licences and administrative passwords, separates user accounts from privileged ones, applies security updates, and documents the network so that replacing a device doesn't mean rebuilding everything. The service usually also includes remote assistance for users on day-to-day problems. On SmallJobs you can request offers from IT specialists working on a subscription or hourly basis.
